I have been at Manhattan Total Health… since 2011.
In my free time, I like to… attend art and music events, I love to walk on the beach, spend time with my family and friends, mountains and ocean trips with my dog.
When I’m not at MTH, you can find me… at the beach, in the city, at the ocean with friends, my dog, and other friends.
I love what I do because… it helps people in mind, body and spirit!
If I could give one piece of advice, it would be… be kind, be caring, be conscious. Be grateful for all you have and help others who have less than you and more than you. Make a difference. Be extraordinary. Live, love, thrive.
